Another bastion extending out from the Lucca rampart. The edge of the rampart is at lower right, and the dark area between the bastion and the rampart is really the wall of the connection between the two.  Note the people standing beneath the bastion; the rampart/bastion walls are about 45 feet high and completely gilled in with earth and stone.
